Who this policy covers

DPS Labs LLC operates ProfessionalBusinessWebsites.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website, submit a website inquiry or contact us about the services offered here. It does not describe the separate practices of every website we build for a customer.

Contact us at davidpham693@gmail.com with privacy questions. You can also learn about DPS Labs at dpslabsstudio.com.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, business type, a description of your business and your website goals. You may also provide a phone number, current website address and preferred example website. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send.

We use this information to assess your request, respond to you, discuss project scope and maintain related correspondence. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

Technical information and website security

Our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information and errors to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry endpoint uses IP-based rate limiting when configured, validates submissions and includes an automated-spam detection field.

The website application does not maintain a separate database of form submissions or intentionally write inquiry contents to application logs. That does not mean no records exist: delivered email, email-provider records and hosting or security logs may be retained by the relevant systems.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries:

The footer displays a launch-record badge hosted by Website Launches. Your browser requests its image from websitelaunches.com when it loads, which exposes ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser information to that service. Clicking the badge opens our public launch record on its website.

If online delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error and offers our email address instead. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or investigate misuse.

This website does not sell inquiry information or provide it to advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. External sites you choose to visit from our links have their own privacy practices.

Cookies, analytics and tracking choices

The current website does not enable Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels or session recording. Its application does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

We do not track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising. The current application does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; the advertising sale or sharing activity those choices can address is not enabled here.

If we add optional tracking, we will update this policy and implement any required choices before activating it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

How long information is kept

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship, maintain relevant records and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether an inquiry becomes a project and whether records are needed for accounting, a dispute or another legitimate obligation.

Email providers, hosting systems and backups have their own retention settings and schedules. Deleting a message from an active inbox may not immediately remove every provider record or backup. You can contact us to request deletion of information we control.

Your choices and requests

Email davidpham693@gmail.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further inquiry follow-up. Please describe your request without including sensitive identity documents. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the request concerns your information.

Privacy rights and exceptions depend on your location and the laws that apply. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and explain if we cannot fulfill a request in full, such as when a record must be retained to meet a legal obligation. You may also contact the privacy authority responsible for your location.

Security, processing locations and children

We use safeguards appropriate to the website and its inquiry workflow, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

This website is intended for business owners and people seeking business website services, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law. Questions about this policy can be sent to davidpham693@gmail.com.
